I think it's Sarah Chang.
Sarah has different weight than Perlman does at the end and slightly different bowing style. She presses are the fingerboard harder than Perlman

Well I guess I can't say with 100% certainty but I've listened to the Sarah Chang so many times now and I'm 99% certain it is hers. Fantastic recording!

Philadelphia orchestra conducted by...Henry Vieuxtemps. That is very good, really.
On the other hand, where is the Perlman interview?
