the SSB games are all really different. On the surface, they seem similar, but they really aren't at all.

People who play melee want the fast, competitive, and technical gameplay that brawl cannot offer. People don't necessarily play melee over brawl for the characters as much as they play it because they prefer the physics and competitive scene for SSBM. I could explain more if you still don't understand.

Eventhough Falco won, he made a few mistakes that could've gave him an earlier victory. But, we're all human and we make mistakes. And I like Falco Limbirdi better than Fox McCloud because his attacks are solid. Meaning: there're not a bunch of combos like Fox's movies and Falco's blaster actually has stopping power. In an Airwing, Fox can probably kick Falco's ass. But on the ground Falco is the victor. Well? It also depends on the player's skill.

I'll have to practice a bit though. I've been playing Brawl for the last 2 months without playing Melee at all. Have you ever tried playing Brawl for ages, then immediately switching to Melee and being good at it? You can only air dodge once, you can't move with items you have to stand still, you pass edges instead of latching onto them when you do your up+b move, etc., etc..
