Last year when I worked at the mall taking of kids with the Easter Bunny my manager and I would always say Tanks easter bunny bawk bawk when the bunny would give kids there candy!

I LOVED this commercial when I was a kid and always loved when it came back into play during the Easter holiday season. My friends and I would always say "tanks easer bunny! bawk! bawk!" to each other instead of "thanks" when we shared m&ms with each other. And I just said this exact same thing to my 5 year old the other day and had to see if the commercial was on youtube so I could show it to him. Here it is! Thank you!

I never understood what was up with the kid about 10 seconds in, with a black eye and a skinned knee. Either the bunny, his little sister, or his parents kicked the crap out of him that Easter morning, and for what? Stealing a few M&Ms or a damn egg??? This ad is from way back when the psychological suggestion directed at kids on TV was a bit more subtle. I'm not sure what they were getting at here, but I'm willing to bet that this poor kid - now approaching 30, maybe? - still hasn't recovered.
