Ummm.. The Warlocks were Jerry Garcia's, Phil Lesh's, Bob Weir's, and Pigpen's original band starting back in '65, before they came up with the name THE GRATEFUL DEAD... What in the world are these poor suckers in this excuse for a video doing biting the name off of some of the world's greatest musicians when they can hardly even play whatever this is. They don't claim that this is music, do they? I hope not cause it's not.
Sounds like Dandy Warhols, and their old stuff sounds like Slowdive. Not trying to hate though. It's a tight song. Isn't the chick in this band the one that was with Elliot Smith when he stabbed himself?
they don't sound that much like dandy warhols, and are way better. none of their stuff sounds like slowdive at all. and no, elliott smith's ex-girlfriend is not a member of this band.
They cite their major influence as the Dandy Warhols. Slowdive themselves have commented on the similarities between them and the band's early material.
The chick that was with Elliott Smith used to be in the band, but left for personal reaons.
Corey began using his Mustang in 2003. I think. They use to have piece of shit equipment in the early days.Every band starts that way. Bobby took Antons advice and started using Vox guitars.Bobby#2 started Vietnam Cowboy

tous leurs albums sont géniaux, celui là sonne plus rock brut aux airs psychédéliques avec une tendance vintage.

I love how their rhythms remind me of the old psychedelic stuff.
This one invokes memories of Steppenwolf's
"The Pusher".
