I loved this album, I was about 12. But, even today it's still a great album.

Hell, it blows most music today out of the water.

I'm a huge Cars fan, but this album is pretty bad.

Now, Touch and Go is great. But it's this song that is really the shining jewel on the album. When they played it in concert in Oakland this year I about freaked. Where I was sitting, no one but me seemed to know the song, but this one really sounded better than anything else they played. I just loved it.

@kdigiorgio I can't see why people (critics too) didn't like this. It was a natural progression for them to add more synth, but it's the last album to have Elliot's raw guitar. I like it much more than Shake it up or Hearbeat City.......my two cents

these guys arranged their songs so well, every passage has a different feel and sound, the musicianship is remarkable, and they just toss it off - and Rick Ocasik writes some appealing lyrics -- a better band than people may have realized - they worked in a genre, a chosen style, but damn they were good - still playing I hope, if there's a market
