India could have done water extortion during 3 wars, it did not. Maybe Pak should be given a screensaver of the same treatment in terms of water that China gives to Laos, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. Over all objections China dammed the Mekong and now blame drought conditions for water shortages and suicides in those countries.

The WB is the third signatory to the Indus treaty and their experts have not found any "stealing going on".

Hmmmm. It looks like standard practice in Pak to first allege that "India is diverting and stealing water", so much so that people, media virtually every Pakistani feels that there is a big water conspiracy going on. Most mainstream Pak writers and personalities accept that there has been no diversions before or after the Indus treaty, but in the same breath put a waiver that "there is potential". No doubt there is potential.
