If the suspension and frame modifications were done right, air is the best way to go. By lifting it, you're raising its center of gravity which is horrible for gas mileage/aerodynamics/hauling. By bagging it you're lowering it's center of gravity, improving handling/better aerodynamics/easier to haul big shit. If you don't like it go buy yourself a dually and lift it, never take it off road, get fuck all for gas mileage, and have a hard time taking corners at > 10mph.
