Can't Smokie play live?! Or... They can now, they're playing most live now. but when Chris Norman was lead singer they played playback very often, live performances came really rare. With Alan Barton they also played more playback than now. I'm glad because Alan died in 1995, 'cos with him, Smokie plays playback VERY rarely. I saw them on the TV some months ago, and they played live. And when Alan Silson left Smokie in 1996, they also played more rarely playback.
