Just curious, how is it that London has failed with keeping vehicle emissions at acceptable level year in, year out, and are then fined by the EU - which people like me end up paying that fine, but people are still being charged £8 to drive into London ?
When Johnson came into this role he pleaded he would get rid of bendy buses and lower emissions - that was around 2 May 2008 - over 2.5 years ago.
Now another rip-off theft for the driver is coming - the L.E.Z.
