This looks pretty cool, I speared many bluegill, a few creek chubs, a couple bass, and some madtoms (small catfish) when using skewers and rubberbands as a hawiian sling (almost, but no tube for the skewer) and I pretty much dove down and looked under rocks... lots of fun. You should try using your speargun (check your states regulations) to spear small fish.
