@bumflaps69 actually, just did some research and it turns out that it's just the name of the remix, i've had the "oh my god" remix for years but i've always wanted this one (without the tribe called quest oh my god lyrics). I've always thought that the groups name was "know naims" but I guess I was wrong.

@bumflaps69 @kensingtonwick Know Naim was a group affiliated to ATCQ (you can hear they say as well "My man Consequence", "my man Large Professor"; they're from Linden, ATCQ's hood), hence the name of the remix. If you look at the cover, it's the 3rd track, and the normal remix is the 2nd (they both have the same beat), so it's like a reprise, or a extension.
