I was a huge fan of the original ecw but one thing I think that people forget is that yes there were some great and historical matches, but there was also a lot of crappy matches that were only entertaining because of the violence. Remember that there is a reason that only a few guys made names for themselves out of the original ecw. Thats because most of the wrestlers were garbage I'm not saying sabu was or RVD, Taz, the Dudleys, or Raven , but ecw now is the same a breeding ground for wwe
