Does your fire alarm system include the NWS Warning message? How do you activate the warning message? Do you activate the Warning message by disconning the mains power? This is all very interesting.

I'm talking about the warning message that tells you to disconnect any electrical devices from the power points, the message that plays at the start of the video, and after you test the alarm system before playing the all clear message. I'm going to assume those messages are recorded in the US, most likely by the alarm manufacturer or the National Weather Service.
