  • Beautiful fish . I hope my Chuco get that big someday!

  • nice bifasciata, looks great!!

  • Hi.

Synspillum in aquarium you sell ?

    I interested in your Synspillum.

  • That's a very well cared for setup there. Very nice.

  • Looks like 2 bifasciatus cichlids and 4 chocolate cichlids.

  • @MASSIECJR

Yes there are "Vieja bifasciatum" in there. But the other ones aren't Choclate cichlids, they are "Southern checkmark cichlid" (Chuco godmanni).

  • @n03lzz Cool, nice tank, nice display none the less. Your Chuco Godmanni looks very similiar to my Chocolate. Its cool though, you have beaufiful cichlids.

  • you are the greatest cichlid keeper of all time.

  • I have 3 of these fish but are still pretty small (about 3-4 inches long) how long does it take them to get this size?

    Thanks

  • @MasterCheskeW:

Oh sorry i cannot tell you that. But you can try to ask ichtussie (the user seven comments below). He also keeps some "Vieja"-species.

  • Great tank!

    Big Cichlids!

  • @animalmastermtd:

    Oh yes! Splendid Specimen!

  • Hey man I 1 of those .

Great tank and great decoration .

Did you sell the fish and bought the other ones?

Any way your tank is way far from level , you should really do something about it before it brakes :S.

    Love and peace,

    Erik

  • @AweSomo84:

    Like i said, not mine.

But I've heard the talk between the old and the new owner. Those guys came from Berlin and were sold on this fair to a fellow-countryman of you, which has one of the biggest private freshwater tanks in the netherlands.

They could only transport them anesthesized in big 200 liter boxes.

  • Yeah man they are huge :D.

I really love them and mine is still small , but i can't wait till the monster tank is in working to set them free :D.

Peace out and thanks for the comment m8,

    Erik

  • Another "open tank"?

  • @TimeForBold:

I think so !?! Is there any definition of those "open tank" themes on the internet or something?

  • Hallo Nils,

Is this Paratheraps bifasiatum Rio Bascan? Are the the same as I have?

    Greetings

    Ichtussie

  • @ichtussie:

    Hallo!

The owner didn't put the name of the variation on the sign of this tank. After doing some research, i've to be honest: I've no idea wether it's the variation "Rio Bascan" or not. I'm so sorry. =S

  • now thats what i'm talking about n0, keep them coming!

  • @seel1990:

    Okay! =)

  • These guys are gorgeous indeed. I have only seen them on youtube though. 5/5 :)

  • @FishTankFanatic:

    They really are!!!

  • I've always loved the nouchal bump on males, but it kind of goes overboard in flowerhorns

  • @blownable:

Yes, true. I loved it when my blue acara males developed them first... Very masculine.^^

  • Send me the video in a PM perhaps? :)

  • @FishTankFanatic:

You might see the first sign of a bumb on my video: "Blue Acara offspring / Blaupunktbuntbarsch Nachwuchs [2/6]" or /watch?v=2jJFRflnQdE

  • good! from italy

  • @mataovale:

    Thank you very much!

    Greetz from Germany!
