You have a lot of talent and a beautiful voice! My only comment would be that you need to relax a bit when you sing the end, starting with the crescendo. If you relax your voice you'll find that it's easier to hit those notes comfortably. Don't force it or it will come out strained and may hurt your throat. keep up the wonderful singing!
