Go to your Macintosh HD and type in "upointer" at where the search bar is. Then you will find a file called "upointer pref" that is the preference file for the upointer. Simply drag the file to the trash and there you go.

But quit system preference before you delete cause the file cant be deleted while the system preference is running.
