  • @ icehut its oviously to demenstrate air flow how are you ever going to get enough heat from paper duh

  • wtf was that?

  • You missed the important parts.

Like what the fuck was actually in the can.

  • what do you use to seal the pipe to the can

  • @pyro15935 It is a kind of silicone that I had in thet moment. I think is neutral silicone, the one used to seal grooves in the floor or walls. But I thiik that acid silicone (the one used for plumbing or glasses) is OK too.

  • What does he use in between the inner bucket and the barrel

  • Why does everybody use these complicated electrical units to power a the blower?

  • sooo your not going to melt something but ty i no have to make one now

  • I found this video from recomended videos, you just made me happy.

  • I would suggest on you'r next one you offset the entry point for the air flow so that it will circulate around the interior for more even heat.

  • @kurisu925

    good point.

  • What do you do with papers once is blown about to your satisfaction??? Are you making papers dry, to burn, then to melt aluminum with burning papers? Please understand. Thank you.

  • @Icehut, I believe he was showing the airflow generated by his blowdryer.

  • Great idea for the blower, but thesuden change down fromm a tin to the pipe may cause eddies which *might* restrict airflow. How about cutting up a cheap plastic funnel and fitting it inside the can? You might get loads more airflow then and a hottor flame!!

  • No flame? Im sure if you did try to light this burner on lpg,it would blow itself out..

  • Your creativity is good...but just to spin paper...

    :) .....that's basic to prepare furnace...is right,but ending ...mmmmmm

  • Hi! nice video. can you explain furnace construction more detail?

  • fuel?

  • you get a better result using a pair of sardines cans making sure not to disturb the sardines as they are a vital part of the whole opperation .love your vid

  • where do I find a can of artichokes?

  • what would you make the pot to hold the molten metal out of??

  • wow i can find a otar like that in my house some whear... that fixes the fan problem im having now how do i make te foundry it looks like sand and is that a plastic bucket used to hold the burning woos and coals?? or it it some things eles whats that blob like thing on the end of the pipe in the bucket?

  • ummm, I've never done this before, im wanting to, still getting the materials and stuff, but I think its a bucket, inside of a bigger bucket, and the stuff that looks like sand is cement or something like that, and the blob thing is where the pipe runs through both buckets and cement or whatever, to force air under the fire from the hair dryer =)

  • How hot do furnaces like these - the charcoal kind - get?

  • Iron temps? They used to melt iron with this kind of stuff.

  • MacGyver furnace :)

  • ?what is that ?

  • does the fan run on ac current or dc current?
