This may be impressive for a presentation, but usable construction documents are drawn in 2-D. Builders work from blueprints. If my clients would like to see an isometric I use Revit or other programs along with AutoCad. Years ago I put together a walk-through of a commercial project. Pretty cool to see this vid though.

I've just disovered Sketch 7 PRO and Sketch 8 (the latest is free by the way) from Google and it seams quicklier/friendlier to use for an everyday 3D model maker. Very light as well...

ive seen people put on a floorplan then made it a transparent 3d modeling even with furniture. They print them out and drew/color over it for their rendering project. How did they do that?

autocad is nice only for modeling, specially for buildings or structures...after you build a model, import it to the 3dmax 2008 to 2010 version with vray materials to render it............thats all folks...:D

las escalerasde fuera no llevan a ningun lado

las vigas que sobresalen ( amenos de que asi sea el proyecto ) en la fachada, y las columnas por dentro, ocupando espacio.

pero dejando de lado todo, si sabe usar bien el autocad ( salvo errores )

why would you use autoCAD for a model like this? youd use AutoCAD Architecture (ADT) or Revit Architecture if you were smart!

It is Autocad 2008 Mechanical but you can do this even in 2000
