I think the bulls would have put up a better fight because of their inside and physical style of play vs the Mavs jumpshooting style of play. The NBA is, by far, the most predictable of the major US sports, so to have a team like the Mavs win a title in one of the most competitive and talented NBA seasons ever is beyond surprising. If someone told me back in October that the Mavs would win it all, I'd laugh in their face. but not only did they win it (and sweep the lakers in the process), but the Heat, the most villainous NBA team ever, finally got put in their place, and lebron choked for the whole country to see. one of my all time favorite moments in NBA history, as soon as it happened. Dirk shows why he's worlds apart from Lebron...not just on the court (especially in the 4th quarter, when the game is on the line), but as a true professional as well. Dirk didn't want the attention. He didn't want cameras in his face. He just wanted to let the moment soak in, all by himself. After the 2006 collapse, and the 2007 Warriors series debacle...this had to have been overwhelming for him. So happy for you, Dirk
