(unless you physically replace the ethernet adapter)
Generally speaking Youtube just shut down an account. For lots of reasons.... but the idea the PC might be in a school or internet cafe, or a shared home PC is the most likely.
CONT. They can't really ban IP addresses... most ISP's assign a dynamic IP to users...so if youtube banned your IP they are just banning an IP not a user. anyone subsequently assigned that IP number by that ISP would not be able to access youtube.
YouTube do however try to tie email addresses and accounts together. Which is one form of identification... if they were serious they could do more, but its not their job to police the internet.

Indeed Muslims were once tolerant and benign on other religions, but that was on the Golden Age when the islamic world made great advances in all areas of science, because they were the keepers of the texts of ancient Greece and Rome. The dawn of Europe happened when the south of Spain was conquered by christians that then had contact with the Western Principles kept in those texts. Then the islamic world went into a Dark Age that persists today. Just like Europe once was.

This story is so silly. Why would god be worried about the change that they could build a tower high enough to see him (unless of course God is sitting on top of a dome just above the earth, comparitively speaking). Why havent any astronouts or astronomers seen, or been prevented from seeing him if it was this easy?? Its stories like this that make the bible laughable but are rarely discussed in christian circles (i wonder why?)

All organisms communicate (if you wish to use a strict definition) with all others in that they pass data to something ...it is interpreted or not...and a result is produced.... however that is NOT a fucking conversation...stop pretending to yourself it is!

@ahmad941985 Next you have clearly no idea what medium ants use to communicate with one another... they do not use language... and could not transfer the information in the quran to one another using their form of communication... they use a simple form of chemical signalling... no sound, no visual cues, no taste...
So the conversation in the quran never took place...thats the end of the story...

@TheHeavyMetalX People surely must be able to get banned from YouTube by comments. But it isn't the physical person who gets banned, simply accounts get suspended temporarily and indefinitely.
Also, 75% of the users aren't trolls. Some people don't comment, some of the trolls would have multiple accounts, and because they are trolls, they write alot of comments. Depending on the videos, I would say 75% (or more) could be posted by trolls. This is still far less. You overexaggerated. Apologise.

@TheHeavyMetalX I don't think trolls get their accounts suspended or terminated, it's the inflammatory ones who do. The ones who are being excessively abrasive, making remarks about race, maybe religion, the holocaust, etc. I'm not sure exactly, as I don't work for Google. This is all assumption and presumption.
Also, the apology was not demanded. I just wrote 'Apologise' to use up most of my remaining characters. Also, writing 'apologise' usually gets a response. Everybody replies, to refuse.

I'm sure the reason you didn't know that is because you would never find yourself in breach of it... :)

@57worldwide Youtube could in fact ban the MAC address from the pc used to sign up or log in... this would ban the computer from being used with YouTube too... but still of course could not identify the specific user.
However eventually, just like in real life an online ID card will be introduced. Not by YouTube... but its certainly being considered by many governments as a way of controlling the use of social media and anonymity.

@MumblingMickey It's interesting, but can they still dan the MAC address if you use a proxy server? I don't really know much about that sort of thing. I have also seen plenty of channels, where the about me is 'this is a new account, due to YouTube closing account X, Y, and Z'. So, although they may be able to stop a certain address from creating accounts, the ones getting their accounts terminated don't seem to be permanently stopped. They just start over with zero friends and subscribers.

@57worldwide The MAC address is the number associated with the actual Ethernet or WiFi adapter in your PC... it carrys the manufacturers make, model and a serial number... if a website adds that to their blacklist then that adapter can't access that site... (unless you physically replace the ethernet adapter)
Generally speaking Youtube just shut down an account. For lots of reasons.... but the idea the PC might be in a school or internet cafe, or a shared home PC is the most likely.

CONT. They can't really ban IP addresses... most ISP's assign a dynamic IP to users...so if youtube banned your IP they are just banning an IP not a user. anyone subsequently assigned that IP number by that ISP would not be able to access youtube.
YouTube do however try to tie email addresses and accounts together. Which is one form of identification... if they were serious they could do more, but its not their job to police the internet.
