@gr187 - Word. I'm 23, graduated HS in 2006 and really got in to "old" rap in 2007, right around the time when I heard Big Daddy Kane - Long Live The Kane. This co-worker of mine who is a 19 y/o female tries to relate to me and my liking of "old" rap. She will say "I'm going to my car so I can hear Big L and B.I.G." - I say "Why don't you listen to the original B.I.G. Daddy Kane from Brooklyn?" Her response is a confused look and "You're funny" - as if I made that name up. PLEASE! get a clue
