@xxxmonstar I play football and basketball and I did wrestling for a little, and compared to those it was about ten times as hard. The heat with football is worse, but wrestling is definitely a sport where you need to be fit in all regards to do well. IDK what you think is harder.

@xxxmonstar I guess it depends on the coach, but in my case wrestling conditioning was super hard and grueling with strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, but with basketball it's just cardio stuff.
