Maybe it's possible that some people just done CARE enough to put int he necessary play time and practice required to hold a multiplier? You know the average GH player can't even play a song on Hard? I bet not, and I also bet that there are GH players who make you look like you don't know what you're doing. On top of that, this is GH2 which has much small timing windows, particularly for HOPOs, so it's considerably harder to hold a multiplier.
