this would have been a much better trailer than the trailer that they went with. maybe not just stills, but extreme slow motion in high def with just this soundtrack. no voice over at all. it would have added a little mystery to the trailer, rather than explain the plot, you just need to get the audience curious.

@LamaPaj Well, if you think about it, the sun is kinda like a mother. Ignoring any issue of religion and just looking at the facts, we cannot live without the sun. She gives us what we need to survive, nurtures us, feeds us, protects us from the cold. If she died tomorrow we would die with her. She can also be harsh when she wants to be, punishing us when shes angry. Not the clearest analogy, but i think it works.

Thanks for sharing this amazing track... The Sunshine movie is great in many aspects, specially in the soundtrack... It was shocking and terrifying during this part of the movie, it was so intense that my fingers were hurting, scratching the sofa.

I have heard that it takes about 300,000 lightyears to cross the Milky Way (which is still a rather small galaxy)... it's full of stars and we just happen to float around one of these millions of stars... and that little star is already 100 times the size of our Earth... yet Earth is so massive to us, try to imagine how small and puny we are. One day Earth might just disappear like a wind blowing away a grain of sand, and no one will ever know we have existed.
