nice zillwork! it's tough to incorporate it into an entire routine. I'd suggests maybe taking a few breaks with the zills during the dance for a dramatic pause to intensify the dynamics of the dance, or switch up the pattern a bit as the tempo of the song changes. but great set! fabulous posture too!
Thanks for your comments! I wanted to share that the reason I did not pause my zil work is because the dance figures do not require them to. All the vocabulary used in this video is FatChance vocabulary, and the zils are played throughout. There are some dance figures that have a military zil pattern, as opposed to this standard RLR pattern, however I did not happen perform those figures, and therefore did not change. Of course, with more dancers, the zils would not be so monotonous!
You are such a beautiful dancer. I wish you lived a bit closer!
