  • Please please please. Everyone see this. THIS IS NOT ABOUT EMPIRES, THIS IS ABOUT THE MIDDLE EASTERN CONTROLLERS. I know I look like a like whore, but please thumb this up to show this to people.

  • 2:09 it's called Zionism and is one of the reasons why we are in wars.

  • Polnish/Lithuania Empire in 1400-1600 i think ?

  • agh how much i miss history :(

  • song is called "Ailein Duinn" like so everybody can see it ;)

  • @steafun67 Are you sure that is the name of the song? I checked and though they do sound familier it dosn't match this song. Are there differant versions of the same song because I like the sound, beat and singing of this one than the ones I checked out that had the same name as the one you posted.

  • @spartanwarrier /watch?v=37JEw-XgPfo watch this my friend ;) this is just remixed mod of this song. the normal one goes to celtic old folks ;)

  • @steafun67 not letting me to go to the link =(

  • @spartanwarrier well. there are only original ones here on this site. neither I can't find this one :( but song called "Ailein Duinn" I'm sure of it

  • @steafun67 ;)

  • Wanna hear a joke funnier than Women's Rights? Turkish nationalism.

  • Come on persian empire didn't dissapear it's still standing today after 9000 years its called IRAN

  • The first ever empire the Akkadian Empire? Spanish Empire? Portuguese Empire? The largest of them all British empire? Russian Empire? The Chinese Dynasties? Japanese Empire? West African Empires? (Mali, Ghana etc.) The Various south eastern Asian Empires (Khmer etc.?) Sumer and the Indian Empires? The Mayans and Aztecs? The Polynesian Kingdoms? Venezia one of the Ottoman Empire's biggest enemies? There is so much missing.
  • does anyone know what music this is?

  • that's stupid

  • Wow, alot of people on here are ignorant to history. America is not an empire and can probally never be formally classed as one as they don't have their own language. Contrary to what some morons on here believe, The British Empire did exist and was the largest empire in history. An empire by definition is a group of provinces/countries unified under one rulership.

  • @azzameentv just because they dont have their own language doesnt mean America weren't an empire (they annexed the Phillipines, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico)... i'd term it a plastic empire (ie.not a great one)

Obviously the British Empire is the largest ever seen (don't know why u brought that up)

  • @Ali74 But to be "officially recognized" as an Empire, the ruling country must have it's own language. America does not. I'm just going by what I've been told and read about. It's something to do with the fact also about them basing their culture off the English/French/Spanish...ect or something? Don't know indepth details, but America was never one.

The reason for the British Empire comment was because some morons below actually think that the British Empire wasn't an Empire/never had one.

  • @azzameentv I stand corrected (if language is indeed a requirement)

  • roman empire the best...btw you misspelled ottoman at the end.

    SPQR

  • Serbian and Bulgarian empires? Anyone? O.O

  • hhaha Spanish empire :D

  • No Nazi Germany?

  • SPANISH EMPIRE????

  • what's the name of the song ?

  • Not true! The Bulgarian empire? Where is it? It was created 681... Fake and not true!

  • and the last words means in english

"the place that my hand reach, even their imaginations cant reach"

ottoman sultan, the great conqueror sultan Mehmed Khan, (the man that conquered Istanbul at his 20...)

  • ottoman empire is wrong here it lived 600 years. not 1-2 year not lost that fast...(it still living :) just sayin:)

  • Only for European (Western / Christian) colonisation, the world would still be stuck in the dark ages! The industrial revolution helped create and expand science and technology, hence today we have MEDC's and LEDC's. In terms of the Mongol / Ottoman Empires, these were merely expansive due to the fact that they comprised mountainous & deset regions! In other words, sparsely populated parts of the world.

  • You left out the Seleucid Empire, the Egyptian, the aincent greek, the Pontic, and the Carthaginian, along with another few dozen... sad face

  • Where is Nazi Empire? Rusia? USA?

  • @warhell10 where they empire?....

  • @warhell10 empire means contains lof of different nations ppl in it.

  • I love how all the Empires are 1 country maybe 2-2 and a half. They the Persian comes along and says SPLOOOOOOSH! And takes it all :/

  • @McFluty in ottoman's border 300+ cauntry have been created.

  • European Colonialism was the worst thing that ever happened to the whole world not just the muslim countries. Great civilizations became almost extinct such as the Native Americans, Australian Aborigines, Guanches and Polynesians. Africa, Asia, South America, North America and many types of islands were affected by this "colonial desease" lead by europeans.

  • 0:20 - Israel looks like penis :)

  • @Powstaniec21 Circumcised penis by the way:)

  • turek empire

  • Nice Video :D

  • YOU FORGOT THE UNITES STATES OF AMERICA EMPIRE

  • Glossed over the British Empire. The sun never set on our empire :-)

  • @1965Richie the uploader is focusing on the middle east

Nothing will ever come close to the British Empire and its effect (we are using your language right now)

  • @Ali74 if you think about it britain was never an empire, basically you could call it a confederation of semi independent countries

  • the mongols did what' most empires could not do in 100nd years' conqured more land then any advanced empire of the time. in a mere 60 years they went from small nomadic tribes clashing with one another 2 a well organized army that crushed most of the known world of the time. so if anything the mongols defently earn the respect of becoming the most powerfull empire in history so far.

  • holy roman empire?

  • The biggest empire of all time was Brithish.

  • @upisoft2

Did I say it was?! No.

  • @powmful Well, the video is about "History of the Empires"... but whatever.

  • what about the british empire?

  • @PxChAoS16 british never had one its just their name, they just used nations and split them, never toleranted them , they just made colonialism thats why there is a world about british,

the country that never sun goes down...

and this video shows it it says"european colonialism"....

  • @Hayirful The title of the video says history of empires so lets bare that in mind.. and according to my history lessons if i am not mistaken Britain did in fact have an empire known as the british empire do a google search on it you may be surprised on what you find.

  • @PxChAoS16 sometimes google wrongs too :)british people or british lover people(that means european) made google and u are european ofc u wont criticise urself...

  • @Hayirful yes but it was still an empire that stands as fact because the british didn't just walk into these countries and declare ownership, no they fought many battles to gain control of countries, also any history book tells that it is intact an empire and is the biggest that has ever been on this planet - end of debate.

  • @PxChAoS16 i used to think like u, then i took an arrow in the knee...

  • @blackdreamhunk2 What's the point?

  • @Klonen75

Just because it shows someting you don't like doesn't make it propaganda. Nor does it make it Arab, it just focuses on Europe and the M.E. Sure some of the times are wrong. But Israel did expand and break UN boundries so I guess that part is true.

  • @powmful "But Israel did expand and break UN boundries.."

Since when Israel is considered empire?

  • @upisoft2 And Considering the Arabs didn't accept the Boundries why did the jews have to?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @Klonen75 It's Turkish, not Arab.

  • I hate Arab propaganda. What is Israel doing in this video and why is it pinned out that they expanded during an armistice? Why isn't China, Russia and USA mentioned? Why is the colonialism of France, England and Italy called the European colonialism and only illustrated by North Africa? How about the colonialism in the rest of the world? How about the spaniards in South America? Man I could go on. This is biased Arab propaganda and it's useless.

  • @Klonen75 Its also inaccurate in what it does portray, the times are wrong.

  • @Klonen75 so if its foucusing on Africa-Europe area its propoganda? By that logic if you watch one on China its Asian propaganda. You a fucking retard.

  • name of the music plsssssssssssssssssssss

  • Sumerian??

  • Why is the Kingdom of Israel mentioned before the Sumerian, Akkadian or Babylonian state. Sumer and Akkad were established 2000 years before.. Anyway, Israel was not an empire at all (like Egypt, Akkad, Asyria or the Phoenician colonies). It was more like a tribal, nomad confederacy of sorts. This vid is biased

  • OTTOMAN EMPIRE COME BACK IN THE FUTURE !!! LONG LIVE TURKEY

  • "Middle East Empires"... So "European Colonialism" is an empire? That'a a real historical discovery! I have always thought that this is a group of empires continuously fighting each other...

  • wgat is the name of the musique?? PLZ

  • What about the British empire

  • Russian and Ussr,?

  • bla bla

  • You forgot Mughal empire.

  • you can not say that the Arab kingdom was one of the most powerful, birterne had 1 / 4 of the world, no one could stop them. Persians were the most powerful kingdom 500fks, they took the Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks and Arabs. Arabs are far from one of the most powerful empires. no one has said that arberne's mightiest empire. but there is more evidence that the Persians were one of the world's most powerful kingdom that has ever been on the earth.

  • @amir1225 Your talking a load of crap, if as you say they were the most powerful (Empires rise and fall due to political and geopolitical reasons not just their strength) Then why isnt it still standing? Why are all the Arabs led by awful dictatorships, and why are they pretty much relying on the western democracies (which they constantly critisis) to help them gain democracy?

  • Empire eats another empire

  • where the heck is the british empire

    and napoloen

  • heu u forgott the partha empire !!! after the persian empire !

  • the caliphate Empire who arab muslims leads it was the most powerfull empire

becuase it defeated both roman and sassanid empire ( persian empire )

  • you can not say that the Arab kingdom was one of the most powerful, birterne had 1 / 4 of the world, no one could stop them. Persians were the most powerful kingdom 500fks, they took the Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks and Arabs. Arabs are far from one of the most powerful empires. no one has said that arberne's mightiest empire. but there is more evidence that the Persians were one of the world's most powerful kingdom that has ever been on the earth.

  • @x2maconaers But then spent the rest of their ears sucking Britain's cock until they decided to let the sand dwellers have it back so that they can blow each other up.

  • @x2maconaers Arab and blacks

  • @Khan12078

what do you mean with black ? if you mean African then you are wrong

the caliphate ( islamic empire ) begin with muslim arabs from arabian peninsula ,mecca and madina to be more specific then it is spreaded to north africa and leveant central Asia and south asia

    to the border of china

  • @x2maconaers exactly but the Army was made up of blacks, south asians haven't you ever heard of the Barbars they were africans not arabs. All im trying to say is give credit to all Muslim of different races who made up the Caliphate the force that it was.

  • @Khan12078

you are right I agree with you caliphate is islamic empire so All muslims contributed to the caliphate

no one can deny that wether south asian or African you are right on this one

    salam from your muslim brother

  • @x2maconaers Walakum Uslam brother may peace be upon you :)

  • @x2maconaers Not at all, It was only able to do so because the Romans and Sassanids fought centuries of wars weakening each other, and even then it was EXTREMELY closely ran. Had the Arabs lost Yarmouk (which they nearly did on the fourth day of battle), the Caliphate and the Muslim religion would have fallen apart and into obsurity

  • @ChannelGameshow

this is just excuse the muslim arabs were too way outnumbered by persians and roman even the north middle eastern at that time they stand with persian army and the roman army against the muslim arabs who came from arabian peninsula in some battle with persian army the arab muslim army was outnumbered 4 times by persian almost almost every battle the persian army and roman army were expected to win due to the large number of persian and roman army still Arab muslim win

  • @x2maconaers They were exteremely weakened though, due to constant fighting. While Khalid was an amazing General and could beat forces 4 times his size, its impossible to imagine him beating forces 16 times or more, led by competent generals who hadn't been killed off in the Roman - Persian Wars.

  • @x2maconaers No.

  • @x2maconaers no it wasen it was becouse byzantium and sasind were wekend when the were fighting each other and so the muslims took this to there advantage

  • @x2maconaers the ottomans were greater!

  • Странно, что для российской и британской империй место не нашлось

  • forgot the kingdom of nubia, who conquered the egyptions.

  • Where IS MEDIA?

  • AND AFTER ALL OF THIS YOU HAVE ANY NATION ? THEY EVEN DOES NOT EXIST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE ALL PEOPLE ! AND THE SLAVES OF THE SYSTEM !!!!!

  • What about the successor states to Alexander's empire? The Selecuids were around for quite some time.

  • And America?

  • @camilaherrerapardo i hate ppl that thinks that their country was empire no its not dude america is not empire ffs.

  • @Hayirful America is an Empire, New type, Im not american, I believe empires are bad, America is a modern day empire. A horrible one at that.

  • why do people leave comments making a big deal about some empires. its not like they contributed to their making. im welsh i couldnt give a fuck about the british empire

  • Lol: Brtitish ?Empire was Bigger than the Mongol Empire

  • I never understand why people fight about the history... ITS HISTORY GET OVER IT. America v.s. Britain ended ages ago. maybe if you were talking about some conflict going on now i'd understand but how about you people grow up and just comment about how nice this video was, or what you dislike about this video. don't start a fucking war of nations on this person's you tube video.

    P.S. I liked the video.

  • Spain controlled half of north america and all of south america.... shouldnt that be included??

  • what about greece

  • @JapaneseMojo Greece never had an empire

  • @OriginalTurk96 Greece never had an empire, it was always owned by other empires.

  • @OriginalTurk96 Awkward moment when Alexander's Empire :/

  • Foolish England? Stupidity France? You might not have noticed but the world we live in is massively based on the laws, systems and ideas that the English and French put in place. Its hugely an Anglo-Franco world and only someone in denial would think otherwise.

The core of human rights and business models come from these two great nations.

  • EL OH EL!!! XD

  • Turk you stupid scum :D Greeks,Romans and all Europeans ...ARE better than your fucked stupid Turkey.Europe is not for Muslims.

  • Israel empire? HA-HA-HA,only fucked Jweish state....The best empire=Roman empie,Holy Roman empire and Nazi German empire and British imperialism!! Europe power! PS:Fuck all Islamic empires! Hey Turks arabs,Balcan and Europe is not for you!!

  • State of Israel isn't an empire.

  • @SuzLa1 It most definitely is an empire.

  • @SuzLa1 it controls almost what the USA does and its a Jewish state and so is obama! besides that they have lots of power.. its an evil empire.. you need to study more on this subject.. and look at how America is run by Jews! and its a Based Christian Nation but Run by Jewish Law..???

  • @ZinayH

yeah and you muslim fucks are changing our european traditions and laws

  • @olpoziVids you can smd ;)

  • @75cyber75

    smd?

  • @olpoziVids ye but :) european specially france learned shower from ottomans + by crusaders european learned how to make paper etc.. then they defeated by Selcuklu and final blow from selahattin eyyubi

  • @SuzLa1 it DID however control a part of the middle east, which is the actual reason for showing of the pixelstates.

  • What do you mean by 'The Caliphate?' I think you mean, the Umayyad Empire. In my eyes, the Ottoman empire was the greatest empire. Not only did they combine european and asian cultures but they were descendants of romans; having conquered lands belonging to romans and even the Ottoman sultans married roman european women. Köse Mihal was one of the first byzantine citizens to convert to Islam in the 1300s. The Ottoman Empire officially revived the power of Islam after the Siege of Baghdad.

  • @GudMuzlim786

The British and French empires combined all major cultures, not just two.

  • @GudMuzlim786 Descendants of romans? You say it because they took Contantinople? For me, the Russians are the descendants of romans.

  • @DailyKosia Yes, I can explain to you clearly how the Ottomans were descendants of Romans. And yes it did happen after the capture of Constantinople. Kose Mihal was one of the first byzantines to convert to Islam. After the capture of Constantinople, the Ottoman Empire was getting more and more european. It was Mehmed II's wish after all. He even titled himself Kayser-i-Rûm(Caesar of Rome) and had a desire to re-unite the Roman Empire by capturing Otranto, Italy. Mehmed also had byzantine blood.

  • @DailyKosia how are russians the descendants of romans?

  • @nevets7921 It's just a theory : Ivan III of Russia, the Grand prince of Moscow, as been married to Sophia Paleologue, the heir of Byzantia. They also took the Byzantine eagle as their coat of arms.

  • OH AND BY THE WAY, YOU DIDN'T NAME ISREAL ISRAEL FOR NO REASON.

  • WELL WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TELL YOU MY NAME IS MICHAEL AND I TOLD YOU I WOULD COME BACK. THE DOME OF THE ROCK IS-REAL. YOU ALL FRY TO DEATH WITHOUT HIDING UNDER ONE ROCK WHEN THE SUN COMES TO FRY US TO SHIT. THEN ARE YOU ALL GOING TO FIGHT OVER ONE LAND OR ACCEPT THE INEVITABLE.....

  • fack israel end ebrei

  • @kiko1k ma se nemmeno riesci a scriverlo l'insulto lascia proprio perdere no...ragazzino idiota..ce ne sono troppi

  • song remix ?

    dream albion ?

  • 'only ottoman' LOL

did you even watch your own video?

  • WERE YOU DOWNLOAD MAPS

    SPECIALLY THAT ONE CREATION

  • WERE YOU DOWNLOAD MAPS

  • LOL this song is in Dragon Age: Origins taverns!

    I'm so ignorant sometimes!

  • Awkward moment when the British Empire was the largest empire known to man, and the Ottomans had a moment of Medieval glory which was later raped in the ass but the now evolved Europeans. Namely the Russian empire which, let's face it, slaughtered the Ottomans.

  • @TheAntiochus Brits had a large Empire, cuz they captured parts of the world where the people weren't armed and they were poor: India, Australia, Canada, Africa. When considering that the Ottomans had the most important part: Anatolia, every-one wanted it and especially Istanbul.

  • @iSlash96

The Indians and Chinese wernt armed? Two of the worlds most ancient cultures one with hundreds of warrior kingdoms and the other with a uniting ruler? Not only do you try to demean the importance of the British Empire on the world today, but you devalue two of the worlds oldest and greatest civillisations.

  • @animesis India had become powerful after the UK left it. and Canada, Australia, Africa all non-armed areas

  • @iSlash96

Read up on your history. India is a subcontinent (united because of the BE) but then it was multiple warrior kingdoms that would get together when their was a foreign threat. Dont let an Indian see you completely erase their proud history. Brits had a large empire because of the way they ruled and thats why today most of those countries are still united as one great family in the commonwealth.

  • @animesis omg, australia, canada none of them had an army when britain conquerd it. jsut like in africa. and besides.. half the world hates the UK..

  • @iSlash96

Or like the Mongols, more than half of their conquered land was grassland, whats your point?

And many of those places didnt need defeating in fights as the people were not united. Most of those countries were established by Britain, they didnt even exist before.

London worlds number one tourist city says the world loves the UK, and the fact the colonised countries have chosen to remain in the Commonwealth suggests they all love the UK -the Queen is their head of state-

  • @animesis 1. im not a mongol so whats your point?

    3. Mongols defeated many strong armies

    2. London aint #1 tourist piont

    3. most people who visit london are from western countries

    4. the problem of western people is that they think everybody loves them and that they help people, but everyone hates them actually.

  • @iSlash96

    1. Mongols wernt so different.

    2. Britain defeated many strong armies, combined French and Spanish empires who outnumbered the British anyone?

    3. London jumps up and down being in the top 5 tourist cities, 2012 is projected number 1 they are usually correct.

    4. Western people invented democracy, freedom of speech, humanrights, industry, sanitation, western medicine, Greek philosophy. As someone who has travelled I have seen very little hate for the West, even in Asia.

  • @animesis very little hate to the west..hmmm...

9/11 and many other attacks show that that aint true. and the western countries have stolen many things from africa and asia. the point is that britain may have had a great army, but they slaughtered many. now you're prob. gonna say: mongols did too! but again, i aint a mongol. but then, i see the UK as the smartest country of Europe, they actually knew this Euro thing wasnt going to work.

  • @iSlash96 9/11 and such are colonial hates of the west, it is the Abrahamic religions (Christianity included, being the most bloody of all religions) Nothing to do with Africa or Asia as countries. The middle east has had what we moderner call terrorism for over 2000 years, those three Abrahamic religions just dont know how to get on together, whilst ironically preaching love and respect.

  • @iSlash96

You say the West stole from Africa, but I wonder how, when the west set up business there, there was no concept of countries or ownership. The BE itself was succesful thanks to the American colonies, the British learnt that they needed to involve the locals and colonists more and not just rule with an iron grip like say France - ex French colonies are some of the poorest least healthy countries on earth.

Euro I dont know, an economic union -brilliant, political -not quite so

  • @animesis you wonder how the west stole?

Diamonds and other sources in Africa, rice and many other food from asian farmers, and they even made africans slaves. now... i dont know about you, but that is a crime. and not to talk about how many innocent were killed by western countries.

  • @iSlash96

    1. They didnt make Africans slaves, they bought African slaves off African/Arabian slave traders. Africans practised slavery before the west came and still do today.

    2. Diamonds were mined for, which was paid for, by companies. This is seen today globally, companies pay for the rights to mine in a country.

The most bloody parts of the world continually is the Middle East, for its 3 religions that cant mix. The West were the first to ban slavery and create legal human rights.

  • @animesis omg, this is what they tell you? may i ask where you're from?

i mean, nobody payed for those diamonds, the netherlands didnt pay for all the rice they stole in indonesia, thats a small example. see, i see the problem. western people always think they did nothing wrong, and that everyone loves them. i hope the western world will see the same darkness when Asia takes over control

  • @iSlash96

The West banned slavery, its still rife in Asia. The West gave the world the rights of the individual.

Can you not see my profile? It says.

I was raised in Britain until i was 17. Companies still work the same way they did then. The reason the British Empire was successful is because it involved the local people and used democracy, whereas the Netherlands stole and France tried to rule with an ironfist. Thats why Britain has the Commonwealth today and the Netherlands doesnt.

  • you and your profile

  • @iSlash96

and did you actually watch the video? It showed countless other non European Empires taking over. Youre just sad because Europe was successful and believes in human rights.

  • @animesis i really dont care for the eastern and western world. i dont care how you kill and steal from eachother. british did the same as dutch, but your teachers are telling you a different story, atleast the dutch are honest.
