I barely won the challenge of TKOing Macho Man today... funny thing is, I wasn't aiming to do it anyway. I took exactly 2:59 and 79 milliseconds. I was SUPER lucky... mostly because those last few seconds were spent juggling him around after dodging his clothesline attack. I still can't believe I made it... : x It's kind of scary.

Ah yes, I noticed in other videos that it just knocks quite a bit of your energy, but if he manages to drain all of it, it seems like the Instant-KO. Since Little Mac was only down once whereas SMM was down twice.

Yeah, I got the game and practiced his hologram a few times, I managed to beat him, altough I played it today and got the TKO animation, thank god for the recovery move.

No, this is just so far into the fight. 

Sometimes you can even get hit with a punch from it and still stand (maybe even two of them, Ive never bothered to try to get hit by it with full health). Each of the 3 punches is just as strong as the single spin punch...its just three of them in a row.

Yeah I got Punch Out and managed to beat him. Its pretty easy once you learn his moves.

you duck it three times. he only spin punches three times.

The best way to beat this guy is not to knock him down in the first round. Beat him down to a sliver of energy but don't knock him out. But make sure you hit him every time he wants a photoshoot until you get three stars. At round 2 knock him out with one punch. After he recovers and does his spin move nail him with a 3 star super punch. He'll be down to a sliver of energy. Knock him out again. After he gets up a 3rd time you should be able to beat him with a TKO in round 2.

He's hard, no matter how many knockouts you get, when he does his special, you get TKO'd instantly. I understand why Nintendo didn't make the Multiplayer have more characters.

Well.. if you think about it.. wasn't there times in the old punch out game were.. after so many knock downs.. Little Mac wouldn't get back up from a fall, even with a turbo controller? That is basically what this is... they just take out the unnecessary button tapping that gets you nowhere after too many falls.

that punch was already pretty frightening in the previous games, but seeing it utterly flatline mac so hard that he lands head first onto the ground, almost as if he's dead... wow. I mean, it just gives me chills just thinking about it.
