:( Oh Natalie, if you believe in those commandments and you say "obey thy holy & sabbath day" then why are you in that house? why don't you want to go to church? :(
It just saddens me that these "christians" want to be on a show that won't allow them to go to church on Sundays. Or maybe noone has ever asked if they could leave the house just to go to church on Sundays.
I myself, could not be on this show because I wouldn't be able to go to Mass on Sundays. :(
The Ten Commandments are in Exodus but then they appear again in Deuteronomy. We go by the ones in Deuteronomy and so does Jesus as He quotes from Deuteronomy.
Sharon is right about those Commandments. Come on Sharon, you tell the "committed Christian" Nat those Commandments! More power to ya Sharon.
TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'
THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'
FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'
--You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
--You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and fourth generation of those who reject me...
ALL of that falls under the FIRST Commandment. :) It is "understood" to include "all of the above" in the 1st commandment
TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.'

This is how they're broken down;
1. I am the Lord your God,
1. thou shall have no other gods before me,
1. thou shall not make for yourself an idol
2. Thou shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain
3. Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy
and then the rest follow.
