I can't tell whether I like Louis or not. Sometimes I do, other times I can't stand him. Same for Prior, too, actually. Although it's the characters I'm in two minds about. The acting is fantastic by both.

@Piccolo13 neither. it's great acting and great writing. who says every unlikable character is unlikeable because he's poorly portrayed? since when can't unlikeable characters be exceedingly well-crafted? i never thought craft of character = personality of character. of course he's egotistic and twisted. but he's engagingly egotistic and twisted because of the effect we see of his ego on prior.

@sydneygayboi Don't be fooled. A diagnosis of HIV is still no walk in the park. And people still die from AIDS complications. Not everyone responds well to anti-virals. The biggest danger these days is the seemingly complacent attitudes such as you've expressed. A handful of pills or even one pill doesn't solve anything.. just prolongs the condition.
