Might I suggest using a little more CC, like... face makeup, to make them look a bit more realilistic.
And maybe some outfits for the punk kids, so you don't have to use the icky original stuff..

(Including sets and set decorations)
Only Alex's clothes is default..:S:S Because he's not punk..;) so it's kinda hard to find something for him.But i'll try to find.

You can download them from The Sims 2 website if you download a Sim with freckles.
