  • Is about 2600 rpm in relation to wind speed and the perimeter of the figure!!

  • how do you get it to spin?

  • @1337saklart Hair dryer!

  • So what kind of revolutions per minute sis this get up to? I'm actually quite surprised the bearings survived the spin at such speed.

  • @scary989 The friction is minimal, between the two bearing ball´s joined for magnetic force! I think they must resist much more rpm.......

  • lol, he blew it with a hair dryer

  • slo-mo pls!

  • @qazzaaqq I have one, frame by frame. see geomag slow motion video!

  • @wobbyfreddy it would hurt evenm more if you do it with your teeth :P

  • How that spin??Tell me.

  • ITZ OVER 9000 "blow"

  • I think this is what powers the Enterprise in Star Trek.

  • vacum cleaner ??? :))) anyway awesome :)

  • i can't understand how this play

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • lmao that was epic

  • at speed of light

  • LOL!

  • walao so nice , thanks ^^

  • pause at 0:40

  • that could go at the speed of sound at that magnitude

  • ripped it self apart lol

  • How can it possibly take that much g force?! it should explode! 0.0

  • Well i have don this myself and it did explode. I use a electric pump to get the thing on high speeds and then: kabom! Blew apart XD

  • it did at the end

  • wow

  • pd!!!!!!!

  • were can u get geomags?

  • more or less... 4000rpm xD

  • dude that is awsome

  • how does it spin faster though

  • u can hear a hair dryer blowing it.

  • YOU ROCK

  • cool

  • do they break or chip when crashed?

  • No, geomag are made to last!

  • i can make one that spins from magents!!!!!!!!!

  • take a bicycle computer, build a frame on the top bar install it (the clamp on the frame) put the magnet on the outer rim, configure the bicycle comp (set startpoint, endpoint and the "wheelsize" normally inch or cm) then you have it in mp/h or km/h or if you like to find a formula to calculate the output into rpm. But mp/h or km/h is very much nicer, isn't it. Or if you like to check which eprom is used get an eprom burner and just repropramm the eprom *just kidding* not worth the effort ;)

  • he he i made one of those once very fun to make(cept i hate when it falls off like that)

  • .nice, I keep making the simple 5peg star and hanging it from the rooflamp then spinning it by blowing on it hard.

Then ofcoure someone hit their head on it and I have to rebuild ;)

  • Very cool!

  • thanks, see my photos at wwwflickrcom/photos/rveas

  • i've seen a tesla turbine that ran off of air

  • you've built yourself a tesla turbine, you would be best off using optical shaft endoding for this, because there is only one part on the spinning thing, a little disc with some holes in it

    pm me for more help

  • Sorry but this is not a Tesla turbine, because is like a impeller and use air for move this.
