  • oss.. how long do you do each drills for? great video.. subscribed.. OSs.

  • here is something you dont see everyday!!!

  • awesome good drills

  • Thanks for sharing this video :)

  • Great Drills!

  • excellent , where I can find out the name of each drills

  • Awesome job! Great drills!

  • Great video. Thanks for sharing.

  • This is an excellent partner drills video.

It's important to note that there are solo drill variations that can be performed on pretty much all these partner drills and that these are more convenient to learn as you can perform them without the necessity of having a partner around to practice them.

It is useful to practice drills with a partner, just that being able to practice them when you're alone is very practical.

Of course, sparring with a partner is the best BJJ training to improve

  • I mean i really really like this method, relaxed, effective body motion, very simular to aikido, just standing up.

  • @ 1:24 you are leaving your legs vulnerable for a takedown. The spin drill (wrestling drill) is the perfect drill for purpose of that drill you were doing there, except it's flawless. Hand on head-backhand on farside tricept-spin to that side and achieve back mount :D

    Great drills though, thanks!

  • I really like your flowing drill skills, I hope to be that great on ground , hope you dont mind me using some of these?

  • White Belt/8 mo. While I can see the reason for a lot of these movement drills, some of them escape me. What is the purpose of the rolls at 2:01, 2:13, 2:14 and 2:30? just for flow and getting comfortable rolling across the shoulders?

    Thanks.

  • @optimisto I'm guessing Inverted Guard, e.g. Ryan Hall. I was just talking to someone about this, about all the applications of inverting: escaping knee-on-belly side-mount, and mount, guard retention, stacking counter, securing 50/50 position, etc...

  • @optimisto think kneebars and armbars

  • I hate the first drills so much LOL

  • Going for a submission is easier if people will just pratice drills like this, it all comes together much easier. great vid.

  • great video

  • Awesome drills. These kinds of things are what makes people so much better. Just an hour a week or so.. Names and ranks guys?

  • we do this for 40 mins every training session, 3 days a week and it helps it sticks into your muscle memory and you dont have 2 think 2ce before making a move its really useful, and im only blue and it helps me so it must help higher ranks more!

  • its the music's fault

  • word imagine this shirtless lol

  • It looks silly, but until you do it and realize how hard it is to complete a full circuit like this, you can't really say much. This shit is intense.

  • nothing sexual about it and it shows your more sexually confident when you do this stuff with men, you know theres nothing gay about it and your doing it anyway, if you fell like your doing gay thing when training bjj then you have got problems and your sexually confused and dont know wether you like girls or boys haha nothing gay about bjj, and i know a gay person that does bjj and its same for him he doesnt find anything sexual its just a martial art so can you childish ppl stop saying its gay

  • Dude. You are totally gay dude. Dude.

  • how the fuck am i gay i got a stunning girlfriend thanks mate, nothing gay about jiujitsu its an art and a great sport

  • I didn't say jiujitsu was gay. I said you are.

  • and how old are you? i used to call people gay when i was 5, so your either a 5 year old or an american

  • Awesome exercises!

  • Hmm I wonder what that great big triangle G means on the back of their Gi....along with the huge EQUIPE patch.

  • it means gangsta

  • The big G is Gracie Ju-Jitus logo

  • I love it when people leave silly messages as if they knew what they were talking about.

"Those who don't know will talk.

    Those who know are humble".

  • Where is this from? is there more?

  • fuckin awesome. Great drills. very effective and one of my favorite vids by far.

  • Thanks Im gonna use this drill in the gym!

  • Awesome

  • Dude! Thank you for that! This is exactly what I've been looking for!

  • Great video thanks alot =) And awsome music

  • Good job;-)

  • Great drills, just what I was looking for.

  • Interesting but I am not very impressed.

I guess i am too young to get the full beauty of it. I need to sweat, I need to submit or escape, I need to feel that i am getting stronger, faster, flawless in my technics. For me this is too general and not enough practical. In 2hours of training you want to make 100% of it count nothing less. Again this is not criticism just a personal comments.

  • drilling is the surest way to achieve what you want. how else can you get flawless technique?

  • this great stuff. great vid. thx for uploading.

  • very effective drills

  • this video will not load anymore. I watched it a week ago and now it will not load. Could you reupload it or contact youtube? Really loved the video thanks

  • yeahhhhhhhh la lambada!!!

  • these drills are MONEY!!!

    and the music is JAMMIN'

    nice work

  • C'est de la bombe ta vidéo Michel. merci pour les idées...:-)

  • Very effective transitional skills for developing the muscle memory.

  • i love this video but its not working can you post again?

    thanks

  • Awesome drills, I'll be doing these tomorrow. Now I just need that song to roll to.

  • umm... I'm pretty sure BJJ was designed as a means for small people to fight larger people (or equal/lesser) by using LEVERAGE and SKILL. Evading and using the attackers' momentum is one of the BEST ways to do this.

  • haasthefox = fool

Grapplers run towards their opponents, not away.

  • What is the actuel meaning of your comment?

  • some awesome partner drills and drills 4 guard passing--nice music too

  • THATS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!! DRILLS,DRILLS,DRILLS

    And to reggae...even better!!!

  • if only they'd let me play some music during the warmup

  • looks like a high class break dance

  • Sweet workout of drills, guys put some more together...

  • you could almost put these together to make a dance

  • OMG thank for that!!!Awsome.
