i actually agree with the umpire on that call. nadal didn't make the shot and if no one called the ball out, nadal would've challenged and lost the challenge meaning that he would've lost the point anyway
While that is true, the rules say that if you get a racket on the ball, you have to replay the point, so Rafa should have gotten a replay, but I still agree with the Ump
I'm sure Rafa looked back at that poor umpiring decision and thought, "Thank you." Or Soderling looked back at what initially favoured him, and went, "Crap."
Nadal hit the ball at the exact same time line judge called it out, there was no way that affected him.
