my mom has gotten really involved in studying the police, and how they operate in crisis intervention. i can't believe she is completely sold in how cops are capable of great reason and patient in dealing with the mental health. i can't name how many cases i've heard of cops gunning, pepper spraying, or tasering down individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar, etc. my mom has a lot to learn about police officers.
