They do three different kind of processing.

1- Torture: Hang prisoners up by hooks and hit them with whips with spikes on them.

2- Dip them in Imulsion. Which eats the flesh..And they give the remains to the..wrentches and stuff.

3- Labotomy,..(What they did to Maria) They what cut under the eye and go in and mess with the brain matter. And make the prisoner a Locust slave. And the cut would leave a scar such as the cresant scar under Maria's left eye.

Sad..And cruel.
