The class died of laughter when they showed the different takes of the guy with the freaky head getting killed by the cannon heehee and my teacher was hystericlXD

That history teachers use this is in itself an example of how poorly informed they are

Th ethousands of farmers in Mass & RI were war veterans who were given certificates - not cash - so they couldn't pay debts

They were put in prison, land taken away & the Mass 1780 constitution the property qualification for voting incrased & only vwey wealthy allowed in legislature

Pough Jogger & thousands went to court peacefully, but weren't helped. Then they organised & only in Sept did Shay cont-

get involved. Why? Because of taxes? No.

11 men were indicted for being "riotous & seditious person" who they said used arms to prevent "the execution of justice"

The Riot Act (w/ Sam Adams) th govt wrote allowed indefinte jail time w/o habeas corpus in response to Shay & other men parading w/ permission

In Worcester people resisted the Riot Act (not hard to see why) & from there it grew.

You present these farmers as just hating taxes & violent men. why? U repeat federalist nonsense

You leave out the fact that Shays and 13 of his other rebels were later pardoned. I don't know enough to know whether the other things in this video are true or not.
