Black people do not all have the same hair texture. Like all races of people, there is great variety and no single hair texture exists in any. YES, there are predominate hair textures and the predominate hair texture of black womens hair is tighter and curlier than that of Tyras in this video and a relaxer would be needed, but it is quite possible for a Black woman to NATURALLY have that texture given the varied ethnic make-up of the Black race.
