@lalala17x thanks! I;ve bought my Stila blushes over the years from Sephora in the US, Malaysia and London. But Stila no longer have counters in London. The next time I repurchase I'll have to get it from the US I think or online (though I haven't done any research yet on the latter as I still have a way to go for my convertibles!)
I haven't broken out from cream blushes but maybe you wld prefer those blushes that don't have so much oil in them - ie aren't so oily creamy. MAybe you wld be better to go for cream blushes that dry to powder, the only ones I have tried like that are Kevyn Aucoin blushes
thank you for this video - thank to this i didn't waste my money on the mac ones.. admittedly going from powder to cream blush for me was a bit of a rocky road but now i much prefer the cream blushes. especially in the application - like you say they blend better. do you use a brush when applying your cream blush? i just use my fingers hahaha. anyway thanks again! oh and i hope you are havnig a nice vacation! we are missing your videos :)
Yes, Stila is nice. You might enjoy trying cream blushes from Becca. They are very good - easy to blend, last a long time, & the color selection is good. I have two of them. Paula Dorf's are good too!
I don't think a CCB is too much on top of primer and fdn. I tend to use CCB more for its dewy look that it gives me, and also Pearl CCB also brightens up the colour of the powder blush I put on top
thanks!I'm afraid that I can't quite remember my eye look but it might be a taupe e/s like Maybelline Silken Taupe with YSL Kajal e/l. I'm pretty sure that I am wearing Stila Convertible Colour in Gerbera (which I reviewed in this video!)
How do you compare Mac's to Stila's CC?? Stila's didn't blend well to me,it was blotchy. I'm acne prone too,and I was thinking to ge Mac's instead to make my powder ones last longer.
I did a little comparison in the vid and I find MAC more oily and greasy to the touch as well as in finish on the face. I think if you found Stila blotchy you would also experience the same with MAC. Perhaps one thing would be for you to try less oil based and dewey blushes and go for those that are cream to powder? The Kevyn Aucoin cream blushes are like that and also Laura Mercier.
nice video! jst wondering, were did u get ur stila blushes
