Although the manga and the game depict James McCloud's death in two different ways: either disappeared on Venom...or died due to a neutron bomb turning a star into a black hole.

I really liked this game, and I actually really loved the ending. It's great when a video game can pull off a huge plot twist like that. Same thing with Ganondorf emerging near the game's end in Twilight Princess and the ending based on what you did with the Little Sisters the first time I played Bioshock.
