I am sorry to hear this, I live in Notting Hill Gate and have been to All Bar One in other parts of London and its generally good but havent been to this branch in Notting Hill Gate and now think should I or should I not after listening to your bad experience. I use to work in Hotels in Hotel and we were told no matter what the situation is Customers are always right even if they are not. If I was the manager I would have offered you a complimentary dinner next time or something like that.

The sad thing is, your poor service was probably due to race. The reason I say this, is because I went to a Chinese restaurant with a friend (whom was fluent with the language). Both of us being your average white person. We received utterly shit service, then later on my friend heard them talking about table 17 (our table) and how she couldn't stand "whites" in her restaurant . My friend proceeded to ream them out in Chinese, or at least claimed to, I couldn't understand a word. lol
