Please answer to my question. I'm feelin' heavy energy in my throat and it goes in my head also. I 've been tortured in a dream , strangled, 2 times in my life . I had this happen with an ex-boyfriend about six months ago. I went through this process that you're talking about and I eventually had a dream about releasing him completely. It's entirely possible. It's like she say, it takes time but you can break the connection. And as for energy vampires, not all of them are to be feared. Only the ones who don't know what they are or the ones who know but don't care well yes they are to be kept at a distance but one who is responsible and ethical and knowledgable will not endanger you and can actually be a positive connection in your life.
My question is that I have a considerable amount of weight gain,especially in my stomach area after I have been working full time at school for At Risk teens. Sometimes you need to actually move away to get away from negative people. For example, I've found way too many negative, sarcastic, energy vampire type people at the University of Maine in Orono Maine that won't let people heal, they delight in keeping you upset. So part of letting them go is to up and move away. So I'm checking out many different schools to transfer to. I certainly agree that sometimes it does take more workings and more time to actually completely detach other unwanted people, entities, beings from your energetic field. I have noticed this through many cord-cuttings and other healing works of detachment that initially it works excellent and it can certainly last a long time, but sometimes even 6 mos. later, things crop up that need to be readdressed again through a detaching. she may be right, but these types of things are not visible, although you can certainly feel it. it's hard to clear the slate and like she said, it can take some time. the method she has, is one. i think confronting the issue is most important, let it run it's course, like a sickness. avoiding it, may only delay ridding yourself of it. you'll feel when it's gone but this can be very difficult. especially when you see such people on a regular basis, but always remember... it can be done...

Sometimes you need to actually move away to get away from negative people. For example, I've found way too many negative, sarcastic, energy vampire type people at the University of Maine in Orono Maine that won't let people heal, they delight in keeping you upset. So part of letting them go is to up and move away. So I'm checking out many different schools to transfer to. UMaine seems to attract people who are very unhappy, people who take pleasure in manipulating others.
