Have you all forgotten the powers in Infamous 2. Cole gets to get either fire or ice along with all his electricity, so I think electricity mixed with fire/ice would destroy Alex. All he would need to do is freeze him and break him to pieces then light them on fire then no more Alex

@highcarve Well actually i have played both games.But in the prototype game they never show how the blacklight virus reacts to electricity.Every villian or hero has a weakness.For example supermen he may be able to a push a entire planet but when it comes to kryptonite he can easily lose his powers and die.So in otherwords alex may be extremely weakened by electricity.That bloodtox stuff really fucked him up for sure.But there both great games i dont want to compare them.

I think InFAMOUS has a much better storyline, and it seemed more thought out. Prototype just, to me, looks like they stole off infamous and made it look better in graphics, they even took one of his lines that he's called a terrorist. it's a wonder tto me how the two video games can be so exactly alike and only come out within two weeks of each other. It's hard to say who ripped off who. BUT they are still both very awesome games, it kind of reminds me of God of War and Dantes Inferno.

@Reilley302 Actually Cole would only take a small bit of damage from a bucket of water, in inFamous when you walk on small puddles it doesn't effect you, which means if it rained or if someone did a spittake he wouldn't be effected because there isn't enough water. However in a swimming pool he'd have to get out fast.

Seeing as how blood is a liquid and Cole would bound to get blood on him some time or another when they are fighting, also if Alex just uses his armour then Cole can't penetrate it. Cole still kicks ass but you can't electrify that armour, unless it is made out of metal and I doubt that would do much to stop Alex.

Personally I liked the concept of Prototype more. Electrical powers have been done before Alex Mercers super powers are almost completely original so that made prototype a better game for me.

I think InFAMOUS has a much better storyline, and it seemed more thought out. Prototype just, to me, looks like they stole off infamous and made it look better in graphics, they even took one of his lines that he's called a terrorist. it's a wonder tto me how the two video games can be so exactly alike and only come out within two weeks of each other. It's hard to say who ripped off who. BUT they are still both very awesome games, it kind of reminds me of God of War and Dantes Inferno.

@Yeoified Even so, Cole can't move as fast (unless on rails) as Alex, and if it rains he has to stay inside.
Alex mercer has unbelievable strength, can force spikes from the ground, and tentacle type things all around him. He can also never die, even when the nuke 'blew' him up, he just regenerated from a nearby bird.
So to kill Alex Mercer: a nuke, sort of kills him
To kill Cole MacGrath: bucket of water.
All Cole has to do is to tell a funny joke to Alex while hes drinking and does spittake

@Reilley302 Actually Cole would only take a small bit of damage from a bucket of water, in inFamous when you walk on small puddles it doesn't effect you, which means if it rained or if someone did a spittake he wouldn't be effected because there isn't enough water. However in a swimming pool he'd have to get out fast.

I meant: electricity would cause damage to your vitals, heart and brain, but Alex is just a big biomass shaped as a human (sometimes I ask myself, why can't he turn into a tank instead of stealing one) so electricity can't really hurt him. Alex is a big piece of biomass, no matter how many zeros you add after the number of volts...

Seeing as how blood is a liquid and Cole would bound to get blood on him some time or another when they are fighting, also if Alex just uses his armour then Cole can't penetrate it. Cole still kicks ass but you can't electrify that armour, unless it is made out of metal and I doubt that would do much to stop Alex.

@addictgamer147 Cole has survived a nuke, 2 nukes infact. In Infamous 1, that's how he got his powers, a nuclear explosion like situation, he was right at the center on the blast. In Infamous 2, they launched a nuke at the beast, it was far away, but still close enough to throw them 50 feet. Cole has a lot of powers in Infamous 2, almost all the powers Alex has. Heres some: Tornadoes, Lightning Storms, Ice Powers, Electricity Powers. Too many powers to say so I won't say them unless u want me to

Personally I liked the concept of Prototype more. Electrical powers have been done before Alex Mercers super powers are almost completely original so that made prototype a better game for me.

And about it taking a genius to create a super hero like Cole, i'd have to strongly disagree. His personality is pretty bland. Not saying prototype is any better.
