Download San andreas mod installer 1.1, choose the archive you downloaded, right click, Install with SAMI. Choose the directory of the game (where gta-sa.exe is situated), then install, choose the vehicle you want to replace, enter the car's name and VOILA!

you did a great job on em,it had all the chacateristics of the Transporter movies, next time i suggest using San Andreas instead of Vice City, it would probably run a little bit smoother and its more closer to 2000's
