I used to enjoy Jonah Hex comics when I was kid, and that's why I think making this movie was a sacrilegious act against everything I stand for as a former child.
@MikeGreer52 $3 ya that's cheap....but what are you going to do with it? It's not a good movie by any stretch of the imagination so I doubt you're going to watch it very often. the only thing I could think to do with that disc is use it as a coaster or maybe your cabinet is a little off,you could even it by placing the hex disc under it to stop the wobble...

I adore the comics, but I can barely stand to sit through this trailer. I've yet to subject myself to the movie, and I certainly don't intend to at any point in the future.
The worst part is, now that this movie has been made, it's all the public is going to remember of Jonah Hex. He needs a fair chance, another movie, with a more accurate depiction, but he'll probably never get one.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I hate this movie. The story and effects were terrible. Josh Brolin, who I normally like, was awful, sounding like a drunk guy doing a bad Batman impression, and John Malkovich and Megan Fox were as terrible as usual (although Megan is beautiful). The only good parts of the movie were Michael Fassbender from X-Men: First Class and Will Arnett from Arrested Development, who were great as always. But other than that, this movie sucks.

intro is a ripoff of the intro of Conan the Barbarian. Bad guy destroys Conan's world and leaves him alive to get revenge by the end of the movie. bah.
wrong origin, wrong background, wrong nature by giving him "powers" (???) and total miscalculation of who would notice the changes. This flick was a goof that could have been dynamic as hell. Plus the gnoo-gnoo-gnoo background noise gives people throbbing headaches.
I just got back from watching this movie on fillmsi.co.cc, and it is indeed a beautifully made and artistic story. Very creative and unique... definitelly worth watching

Well worth seeing movie. It has a deep intensity which keeps you close to the story.. The finale involves one of the most violent shoot outs in the history of cinema, I could say. It is not forced in any thing, but again...it is totaly awesome and different fromanything you have seen. watch it at look4movie
I think cutting the scene at 2:09 out hurt it drastically bcuz at least Megan Fox fans would cream for more, not including me I've always hated her. But if they used Clint Eastwood in any way this may have been great, like if he directed this movie it could have been Eastwood's Hex and Nolan's Batman saving DC Comic Films
The movie would have been allot better if they stuck to the original story. It didn't deserve to do as bad as it did, but the hurts the credibility so bad, I think that's why few people went to see it. That and Megan Fox is way to young to be with Josh Brolin.

i watched this movie yesterday on hbo, and it was pretty awesome, the technology and stuff is fictional so its not like any other western movie which gives it a bit of a twist and interest. I definitely recommend this movie.

i watched this movie yesterday on hbo, and it was pretty awesome, the technology and stuff is fictional so its not like any other western movie which gives it a bit of a twist and interest. I definitely recommend this movie.

Pretty good movie - well paced, developed characters. Have no idea how it keeps up with the comics, though; never read 'em. :/
