I bougth it yesterday and the Loaded KoupSX I paid $21,000 including tax title etc. six speed standard for the fun and feel. can't wait till aftermaket parts hit the street.

Mikelaren101 - I would like to reassure you, i had a kia rio a while back, a 2002 and it was by far the nicest car i have driven in a long time. Although back then it only had manual windows and locks, it was still a very sturdy and QUICK car. not fast, but quick. This forte koup is a lot more powerful and nicer over an 8 years newer technology and materials. I have driven many toyotas, dodges, a couple hondas, all pretty nice especially the new civic i drove, i bet this ranks up with honda.
I test drove a Forte and I have to say this: you get what you pay for. It's an attractive car and its safety is class-competitive. But, it's interior is rather weak, probably better than a Chevy Cobalt, but not as good as a Ford Focus. It doesn't compare at all to the Corolla, Mazda3, or Civic. The steering is acceptable, though clearly worse than its competitors. the brake and throttle are not very confident either. good thing is, I the Koup gets a tighter suspension and shorter gear ratios.
Whoever said bad things about Kia and Hyundai needs to chill their ass out!
A few decades ago most of the American said Japanese cars are crap, but look at what's going on right now? I can see Japanese cars at everywhere!

The car looks good, I have been in the sedan version and looks great and it has a very good engine, more powerful than many other engines from other car makers. It is comfortable and well equipped. I could expect the same from the Coupe version. The only thing I might change from the model in the video is the wheels and the color, Silver or White looks better.

Is FWD a bad thing? I live in Colorado and nobody buys a RWD car unless they feel like sliding and wrecking their car on those winter days when the roads are slick and icey.
FWD is not nessecarily a bad thing. FWD and RWD both have their pros and cons. FWD car tend to be lighter and get better traction. However, they are not as sturdy or easy to work on. RWD cars are more reliable and have a better weight distribution but they tend to fishtail if you don't know what you are doing and they are heavier.

GOD DAMIT! im looking to buy a car, this car has alot of hi-end features that are perfect! but the problem is that i still don't trust KIA or Hyundais. If a Toyota made this kind of car at these low prices then i would buy it, but something about all this really nice stuff in a car that is soo cheap discurages me.

Mikelaren101 - I would like to reassure you, i had a kia rio a while back, a 2002 and it was by far the nicest car i have driven in a long time. Although back then it only had manual windows and locks, it was still a very sturdy and QUICK car. not fast, but quick. This forte koup is a lot more powerful and nicer over an 8 years newer technology and materials. I have driven many toyotas, dodges, a couple hondas, all pretty nice especially the new civic i drove, i bet this ranks up with honda.

I test drove a Forte and I have to say this: you get what you pay for. It's an attractive car and its safety is class-competitive. But, it's interior is rather weak, probably better than a Chevy Cobalt, but not as good as a Ford Focus. It doesn't compare at all to the Corolla, Mazda3, or Civic. The steering is acceptable, though clearly worse than its competitors. the brake and throttle are not very confident either. good thing is, I the Koup gets a tighter suspension and shorter gear ratios.

There are a lot more car manufacturers that has higher depreciation values. What you say might have been true if it were 10 years ago. Do your own research! NO Hyundai or Kia cars in "worst top 10 resale value cars" list in past years. They are mostly US cars and some Japanese like Isuzu.

The car looks good, I have been in the sedan version and looks great and it has a very good engine, more powerful than many other engines from other car makers. It is comfortable and well equipped. I could expect the same from the Coupe version. The only thing I might change from the model in the video is the wheels and the color, Silver or White looks better.

FWD is not nessecarily a bad thing. FWD and RWD both have their pros and cons. FWD car tend to be lighter and get better traction. However, they are not as sturdy or easy to work on. RWD cars are more reliable and have a better weight distribution but they tend to fishtail if you don't know what you are doing and they are heavier.
