  • Ringo was the first to quit The Beatles not George. He went to Sardina I think and he wrote Occtupussys Garden while he was there. He came back to The Beatles bescause the others wrote to him and they tought he was the best drummer in the world and they decorated his drumkit with flowers.

  • The deal was this:All songs but for three for John and Paul.2 on every album for George,1 for Ringo(written by Paul). When The Beatles disbanded John made his 2 virgins, then his first solo which is great(listen to songs like "God",Paul made his 1979 Album with one song that he still plays..."Maybe I´m Amazed" .George made the best debut as a single artist with "All Things Must Pass".A Triple LP which would had been better without the 3rd which is Eric Clapton .

  • Ahh, nice remaster!

  • George was always the outsider. John and Paul occupied 90% of the albums and George was able to sneak maybe one or two songs onto the albums. George wrote "All things must pass" in 1967 yet we didn't hear it until much later.

  • NO WONDER HE ALWAYS WEARS THOSE GLASSES!

  • AH! THE EYES! SO BLUE!

  • This song is beautiful on George's solo album - in fact, half of that album, which was a huge hit, was made up of songs that didn't make it onto Beatle's albums. It's a bummer being in a band where two song writers is company and three is a crowd. I always thought this was the song the news and radio should have played when George died - very appropriate. Instead we had musically illiterate fools playing songs by other Beatles rather than any of the great songs George recorded.

  • @amsob77 Yes in fact George was the first Beatle to quit but came back. Ringo ended up doing his song It Don't Come Easy. There is a Beatles version of it on here with George singing it though.

  • excellent

  • I have always loved this

  • Love it. Too bad The Beatles never officially recorded it. It would have been a classic.

  • @cometandcupids lol it is a classic
