  • Great vid really helpful thnx.

  • As a percussionist, I had a hard time staying focussed.

So I muted my second watch. :)

  • who invented the quick release?? wot a genuis!!

  • hey man, I have a doubt:

What's the name of that different handlebar, the ones you can see on "Ironman bikes", like Fuji Aloha 1.0??

    thanks!!!!

  • If you really want to marry an Latino women come to us rockmycity.info

  • Nicely done...

    Cool background tunes...

  • Great video, artistic and educational as well as entertaining.

    Ray

  • Good video... wicked bicycle m8

  • Very helpful. Thanks for posting.

  • What a beautiful and efficient machine the bicycle is. It's no wonder that it is marginalized as a child's plaything in the MSM.

  • Now I will not sound so stupid when I visit the bike shop. Thank You!

  • At first it was good, but then it switched to all super up close shots.

Guess what? Up close, one metal bar from another doesn't look that different to me. It was pretty confusing because of the pacing and how close the shots were, because its kind of hard to get an overview of a bike that way...

  • hey you got your saddle really wet!!! cool bike btw cyclocross is kick-ass

  • Music sucks but the video has a wealth of information good job.

  • i just can say.. i LOVE my bike :)

  • Ohhmyyygod... the song :D Greg Johnson's a GENIUS!

  • Sweet.

  • Fab vid! Now instead of saying 'there is a grinding coming from that thingy' I can tell my bloke its coming from the crank! He will be well impressed! Thanks!

  • camera tooooooooooooooooooooooooo close !!!!!!!!

    Most parts i couldn't make out ...

you should make a better video for BEGINNER BEGINNER !!!!!!!!!!

  • Basic and to the point. Thanks. I liked the music and the way you filmed it as well.

  • I didn't find it that clear and the music was fucking annoying. At first, i heard it at the beginning and i was like cool - i thought it was the intro, then i realised it was the whole fucking way through. This annoyed me sorry. Not clear.

  • nice video

  • Great vid. I not look an idiot`in the bike shop now when I am asking for parts

  • This is the most catchyist song ever once you have heard it once you cant get it ot of your head!!

  • great video, but I found it helpful to turn off the volume ;)

  • This video is the equivalent of a close up of the G-spot... i know it's there... but where the fuck do i find it?

  • lmfao

  • @stevemarriott69 Exactly. All these close-ups... Where can I find them on the bike???? At least I can talk bike when I want to ask where the _____________ is.

  • From the perspective of someone who has seen a bike before, great job. I like your style. The music is killer. Thanks for not adding any voice. The shots and graphics did their job just fine. Especially the front and rear triangle bits. The chainstays/seatstays were a bit close but other than that it was money.

But wait, which part is the steering wheel? ;)

  • water = rust, you should know better!

  • I like it wet. Oh yah! The music is mesmerizing. Love the vid. Good work.

  • That music really starts to grate on the mind.

  • Why a wet bike?

  • Great vid... and the audio track was neat!

  • Hey! I like this! Cool soundtrack and very informative. Nice work

  • "The 'bespoke' soundtrack was made using bike parts"

    awesome :)

  • From a bike noob/video media guy standpoint the video was pretty ineffective. Most of the camera angles were way too close for me to make sense of. The individual clips were also a bit too short. Instead of text, I would've liked someone saying the names of the parts instead. Both text and voice would've been preferred though. It felt more like a camera/bikeparts show off video.

  • I agree. Camera was too close for a bike noob like me to understand where on the bike I was looking at.

  • God that music is shit.

  • you have crap on the back of ur tire

  • noob vid. !

  • nice collection of bikes!

  • kalo e

  • whats it matter if its a saddle or a seat? lol

  • Sorry, but as a real beginner, I found this confusing. If the shots were wider, with arrows or a finger pointing out the part, it would be easier to understand where the part being named actually is on the bike and what it does. The names are not always self-explanatory. Very cool music.

  • Great Stuff, very useful Information. I sometimes get mixed up with all the Jargon and doubtless will keep coming back to this Video, Thanks very much for this.

  • Excellent, imformative and memorable which is what I need for crappy memory of mine. keep the vids coming - you have a fan!

  • Awesome vid yo. & What a wonderful soundtrack! Thanks

  • thnx. >> helpful informative, ( coming from someone who has never changed a tire - age 40 ) ...

Perhaps another video -- tire ... cheers.

  • Great video!! Very descriptive. Music is 100% ad-hoc. Shots are great too. Very well done, fun and informative.

  • I have the same Quick Release Skewers on my Mavic Aksiums. They suck, super heavy. Luckily my older bike had lighter Shimanos which were more simpler that those.

  • Very cool. But why is everything all wet?!

  • wet looks cooler...dry bikes look boring. Wet looks fresh...looks clean...looks sexy...I wonder if the video guy is in marketing.

  • Whilst helpful, you've got to change that irritating 'music'.

  • If your into bmx then get a goldfinger brake

    They work great

    LOL

  • Cool... but I think the one part I was trying to figure out the name of wasn't mentioned. Also... why's the bike all wet?

  • wtf...soo coolll awsome

  • FRIKIN AWESOME!! anyway I could get a hold of that sound track?

  • Liked it, the filming, music, and even rain drops on the bike! Good job and appeals to a vaste audience of cyclists.

  • very nicely shot. The music was relaxing, really informative. Liked how multiple names for parts were listed.

  • i just got back into biking after years of none at all. this really helped refresh everything. the bike looks sexy wet also haha

  • very good video..thanks for the info, very useful..could you post a video on gear shifting and when?

  • Nice bikes.

Get some better disc brakes. I got MAGURA Julie 210/190mm at the moment.

  • Very very nice video!! Congratulations!

  • An excellent video. Great filming and brilliant soundtrack. Thank you.

  • Watched to the end

  • Very very good video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Cycling is the greatest sport ever, isn't it?

  • Agreed!

  • The music was awesome. Very creative.

  • pretty dam gud

  • dud i saw a "jake the snake" sign. Duz that have anything to do with the former WWF wrestler? send me a message

  • No.

  • That looks like a shit hot, highly expensive, beautifully engineered bike! The anatomical lexicon for my aging tourer is much easier to acquire: I simply refer to the whole bike as one large piece of shit.

  • Yep, it's my JTS. I have owned and ridden lots and lots of bikes. This is right up there with the very best, extremely flexible and tough.

  • Cool video. That your JTS? I was thinking about picking one up... none my size at the LBS, though. Does it feel tough enough for some aggressive handling?

  • Informative and beautifully shot and edited.

    Thank you!

  • You can download Real Player software, and then it's easy to download any YouTube video. Every time you see a video here, Real Player will prompt to ask if you want to download...

  • Hi GezVt1. There are three ways to do this. Via LibsynDOTcom, VimeoDOTcom or iTunes. Go to QuickreleaseDOTtv for links to these resources. Carlton.

  • Brilliant! Is there any way I can download this and save it to DVD??

  • That was rather good.
