I just watched today's Y&R (July 6/09) and Philip admitted to Nina that he is gay! So both the actor and the character he portrays is gay!

Also I think that they may pair him up with Rafe, who is being manipulated by Adam.

It's all very interesting, isn't it? I've always watched any s/l that involved Kay, and when they aged P3 in the late 80's and brought him on it was magnificent. But...the Phillip portrayed in the 80's was a very kind and loving guy and regardless of how they explain his non-death in 1989 it will be bogus because THAT Phillip would never put Kay, his mother, Nina and his child through that kind of pain. I haven't watched since 89, but I'll be looking at the clips on Ytube to see it unfold.

Dennigirl3...just so you know this is a soap and if you have watched Bold and Beautiful...they killed Taylor in full view of Ridge, Stephanie, Brooke and the viewers. I mean, Taylor DIED. Then the writers come up with a cockamie story about an Arab Prince smuggling her abroad and she escaped (yet again). So this story could really happen and I wish it would. Cane is too unbelievable to be a Chancellor and I think he is shady enough as it is.

I know it is a soap but any good story has to smack of reality and keeping your characters believable . Characters cannot change at the whim of a plot . All i know is i saw the clip where PC3 died in a hospital bed but the MAB is counting on the newer viewers to make this work. I am a new viewer but i want to be counted with the logical team. I am not that bloodthirsty to let MAB get me all excited over crap and play with me. By the way I do not watch B&B i heard it was another crapfest.

I agree! I remember P3 dying in the hospital, too. The only way this is going to workout and make sense is if P3 planned to stage his death before he died. He had to know about Cane before going to Australia, unless Cane is just some guy he hired to go to GC. Whatever is going on P3 started it all.

Y&R has been at the top becuz of the believable storylines & being able to keep a secret with the watchers for years before sharing with the other cast, ie: Lily's bio-dad, Clint Radison/Marge story & maybe Patty Williams/Lindsay Wells or Mari Jo Mason. I hope Y&R doesn't start bringing dead people back on a regular basis or they could end up like Guiding Light.

Chloe had her messenger handle the DNA sample to prove her baby was Cane's.

Cane probably tampered with his & Billy's DNA match-maybe had a blood sample from Phillip III "part of the plan".

The exhumed body was not Phillip III because he is alive.

Remember Kay & Jill had a DNA test that was a match when Kay was first said to be Jill's mother & now the latest test says they are not.
