This should have been his first release... his voice attracts older people, and a creative video would have caught younger fans. In my opinion, he's the best American Idol vocalist. Period. For some reason though, I think the slow songs put him in a box, and he changed his image too early. Still number one in my book.

U r drunk. Pickler was dreadful. Bucky made me turn down the volume. Ace only could sing with falsetto. Paris was boring. Kat was screeching too much. I do agree with u about Chris and Taylor, Chris was outstanding and Taylor was just HORRIBLE. Cant stand him. Love Chris n Elliott

idol4ever if you haven't noticed elliott's doing twice a well as all those contestants, with the exeption of chris. He was the REAL DEAL in AI5. The crazy PTB just didn't realize that when all they were looking for in an idol was money and prominence. But agreed, I'm glad he didn't make the final 2. Idol $uck$ and i didn't care about watching season 6. YAMIN is da bomb!

He really does have a good sound for this type of music. I really liked the way he sounded when he sang "I dont wanna be.." on Idol. Absolutely great performer. I think Ill really enjoy this album. Im a 'Claiken' too by the way. And the rock station I listen to Belts out Daughtrey some, hes really come around. I havnt heard much of the others 'cept of course Clarkson, shes got some good stuff too.
