sooo...why exactly an electronic copy is better than an old fashion, solid, journal right beside your bed???
the main aim of a dream journal is to record the dream you do...dreams are pretty volatiles and they tend to be forgotten quite soon after you wake up.
A normal journal is a lot faster than stand up going to your computer, switch on, wait for the OS to load, open the program and....finally, type in.
This program isn't meant to be a primary dream journal. The way I use this program to it's fullest is like this: when I wake up in the morning, I instantly grab my (physical) journal and write key details down about the dreams that I recollect, enough to have the entire memory pop into my head upon reading the key points. So later on in the day, I'll have this (the software from the video) opened up while reading through that current day's entry, (comment is too long)
...current day's entry, and type out EVERYTHING (in elaborate detail) that I remember about that night's dreams. I also personally like an electronic copy of it for easier (in my opinion) comparison.
